Dear Duyen, 

It has been intense, great month with almost all goals were well-done (with a little bit of delay but we always found a solution)

It is time to award you with a new role and salary that fits your time and effort. I think you'll suit more of a management role, because I see in you a beginning of a sense for organisation and determination. This is much more of challenging for a young person because any role relates to "management" requires a lot of experience that a person could forsee, plan, change, suggest a precise decision, and arrive to a tangible result.

I'd suggest you to continue to learn, speak up your mind and not afraid of changes. Regardless of the size of any company, changes are vital and it means people in it are not afraid to reinvent and innovate the system

LETTER 1

You're a wise and careful thinker and a perfectionist in a way, you have a good view of a whole picture. I think your career path is very open, you just need to be determined to have more experience to arrive where you want: careful and fast thinker

Next month you will experience a new task: planning so it is important not only to foresee the whole picture and but also think of problems that might arise to really prepare it well.
And also you will need flexibility to solve anything that blocks plan

For your writing you need to improve your speed, especially Englush writing skill by reading a lot to learn the flow of the English literature.
